2) Enter the name of the exercise you want to track. Save & Close

3) Open the application on your watch by pressing the "Action" button, then scroll until you see "PowerLifter" and click the "Action" button again.

4) The Application Displays the 3 previous workouts dates and max weight. Click the "Action" button to enter the possible workouts. Use the scroll wheel to find the workout you want.

5) Press the "Action" button ONCE to enter programmable mode where you can edit the weight field. Another press of the "Action" button allows you modify the repititions field. Another press of the "Action" button allows you to modify the Rest Period (in seconds) for the activity. Another press of the "Action" button will exit the programmable mode and you can now navigate to other activities.

6) Press and HOLD the "Action" button for 2-3 seconds to save the activity with the values you previously entered. The rest timer should automatically start with the value you previously entered unless the value was 0. Each time the "Action" button is held to save to values will result in a new SET recorded.

7) When your finished your sets. Press the scroll button to navigate to another Activity. This will save your Activity in Garmin Connect IQ. Otherwise exiting the application will also save your activity.

4) Enter this verification code in the Smart Lock settings ("verify code" box) by navigating to Device -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Smart Lock -> Settings in Garmin Connect.

5) Start the app again to allow it to continue registering itself with August/Yale.

6) After successfully registering the app will display the status of your smart lock. For those with multiple smart locks, scrolling up or down will display one screen per smart lock.

7) To Lock/Unlock smart lock, press and hold the "enter" OR MENU button for 2 seconds then release

8) To register the application navigate to https://turner-tek.com/smartlock click on the PayPal button and complete the PayPal purchase. After a successful purchase you be shown the registration code. Enter this registration code in the Smart Lock settings ("registration Code" box) by navigating to Device -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Smart Lock -> Settings in Garmin Connect.

Troubleshooting 2FA:

Try the below steps to resolve your issue. The two factor auth is very sensitive to the correct order of operations.

1) reset the application through the watch by navigating to the smart lock application, entering the menu and selecting the reset settings option.

2) close the smart lock watch application by navigating back to the watch face on your watch.

3) Open the application settings through your mobile phone and fill out your account details, login method, username and password. Then sync those settings to your watch.

4) Open the smart lock watch application on your watch and it should request the 2 factor code from August/Yale.

5) close the smart lock watch application by navigating back back to the watch face on your watch.

6) Once your receive the 2 factor code from August/Yale (either through text message or email). Open the application settings through your mobile phone and fill out the verify code field with the code you received from August/Yale. Then sync those settings to your watch.

7) Open the smart lock watch application on your watch and it should login to your account and show you your lock settings. OTHERWISE, If you get an error message saying two factor authentication failed. You will have to try reseting the application again (step 1) and disregard the previous 2 factor auth code from August/Yale as it is now expired. Remember that auth codes only last approximately 15 minutes and cannot be reused.

The application works with August/Yale Wifi connected smart locks or smart locks powered by August/Yale. step by step instructions for use are below

1) Start the app to allow it to register with Ecobee systems.

2) The application will display a 4 character ecobee PIN Code. Go to ecobee.com, login to the web portal and click on the 'My Apps' tab. This will bring you to a page where you can add an application by authorizing your ecobee PIN. To do this, paste your ecobee PIN and click 'Validate'. The next screen will display any permissions the app requires and will ask you to click 'Authorize' to add the application.

3) On your watch, close the application and restart it. It should now complete its registration with ecobee and display your ecobee information.

4) The main page of the application displays your current setting. Click the 'Enter' button to view screens displaying possible changes you can make to your ecobee settings. For direct temperature changes click the enter button again which will highlight the temperature to change and allow you to click the up/down buttons or swipes to change the temperature.

5) To make changes, press and hold the "enter" OR MENU button for 2 seconds then release

6) To refresh the application main screen or perform a reset of the application, go to the menu by clicking/holding the 'menu' button on your watch.
